Precup and Bellemare win NeurIPS outstanding paper awards!

Congratulations to Professors Doina Precup and Marc Bellemare – their NeurIPS papers are two of the six that received an outstanding paper award at NeurIPS 2021. This puts their papers in the top 0.07% of the 9122 manuscripts submitted for the conference.
